The Rules
If you have ever competed in a scavenger hunt, you already basically understand how to play in the Global Spirit Hunt. This just happens to be a virtual hunt, focusing on disc sports and Spirit of the Game.

Here's the quick version:

You sign up as a team or individual.

We send you a list of interesting, creative challenges.

You have 2 hours (on iSOTGDay) to complete the challenges.

You post proof online, like to Twitter or Tik Tok.

The more challenges you do, the more points you score.

The team with the most points wins.

Here are some example challenges from the previous year:

Empty your refrigerator of everything but one disc. Take a selfie with the open refrigerator. Must be a full-size fridge. #IceBoxedOut ... 7 pts
​
Using a stopwatch, time how long you can continuously spin the disc on your finger. The longest 3 times will be awarded points of 15, 12 and 9, instead of 2. Post a video. #SpinDoctor
